WESTMINSTER ABBEY

Made By Bullett was commissioned by Westminster Abbey to design a series of promotional materials for the Abbey’s 2022 Summer Festival, celebrating Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The event brought together a vibrant programme of activities, from garden tours, afternoon teas, and concerts to family events, late-night music, outdoor cinema, and theatre performances, all set against the iconic backdrop of the Abbey and its gardens.

The brief called for a fun, colourful, and engaging visual approach that could capture the joyful, celebratory spirit of the Jubilee while remaining true to the Abbey’s heritage and prestige. The design needed to communicate the breadth of events clearly, enticing both visitors to explore the festival and book via the Abbey’s website.

The resulting campaign brought a fresh and contemporary energy to one of London’s most historic landmarks, helping to drive awareness and engagement for the Abbey’s Summer Festival. The vibrant visual identity successfully combined tradition with modernity, celebrating both the significance of the Platinum Jubilee and the Abbey’s ongoing role as a cultural and community hub.
